Lessons and the Sprint's mock interview: pick your times straight away. Answer reviews: Tom emails you within 24 hours to explain how to send your answers.
Your video calls at the times you chose, and a voice note from Tom on each answer within 48 hours.
Questions
Is it really Tom, not AI?
Yes. Tom listens to every answer and records every reply himself. The app uses technology to help you prepare; this part is a real person.
What if my interview is very soon?
Pay and say your interview date. If Tom can't fit you in before it, you get a full refund.
Can I move a lesson or my mock interview?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your booking email.
How long do lesson packs last?
Use your lessons within 3 months of buying.
Do I need to use the app?
No, but it helps: build your answers in the app first, then send them to Tom to polish.
