My English Interview helps you prepare true answers from your own experience and find them quickly in an interview. It is a preparation and prompting aid. You are responsible for what you say, and for checking that using your phone is allowed in your interview.
The app is designed to use only facts you give it, and marks missing facts as [gaps] for you to fill. Always read your answers before you use them. AI can make mistakes; you are responsible for making sure what you say is true.
The free plan includes a limited amount of AI help so you can try the app. Pro costs £5.99 a month or £14.99 every 3 months, including VAT where it applies. You can also buy a one-off 30-day Interview Pass for £9.99, which gives Pro for 30 days from purchase and does not renew. The price is shown before you pay.
Fair use. Pro gives you much more AI help, not unlimited help. To keep the service working for everyone there are daily limits and a monthly fair-use allowance. If you reach one, the app tells you when it resets (the next day, or the start of next month). Everything you have already prepared keeps working.
Website payments are taken by Stripe through RevenueCat, our subscription provider. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (one month or three months), and you are charged the same price each time, until you cancel. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
Cancel any time using the "manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or by emailing hello@myenglishinterview.com. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
14-day refund. If you change your mind, email hello@myenglishinterview.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel. After that, payments are not refunded for part-used periods, unless the service was faulty or the law says otherwise.
Pro is linked to the browser you bought it in. If you clear your browser data or move to another device, email us with your receipt and we will move it for you.
In the apps, Pro is bought through Google Play or the App Store and charged to your store account. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Google or Apple under their rules.
Do not use the app to break the law, to deceive an employer with false information, or to attack or overload the service.
We provide the app as it is and cannot promise it will be error-free or that you will get a job. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
